About me
Before I talk to you about real estate, let me tell you about myself.
For twenty years, I had the privilege of travelling the world as a flight attendant with Air France. Five continents, thousands of encounters, as many human stories crossed in the space of a flight. That is where I confirmed what has always driven me: human connection.
In 2020, I took the leap and moved into real estate. A new chapter — but, at heart, the same thread. Because between flight attendant and estate agent, the common ground is people. Except that today, these encounters no longer last the length of a flight. They last the length of a life project — several months sometimes, and often well beyond a sale.
I work mainly across Bordeaux and Arcachon Bay, two areas I love deeply and live every day. But for exceptional properties, I also set down my bags elsewhere in France or even internationally — passion doesn’t always know borders. My positioning? High-end real estate, with a resolutely different approach.
My signature is film. From the very beginning, I capture the emotion and the soul of every home I sell — and share it on social media, mainly Instagram, where I’ve built a community of more than 35,000 followers.
The result: today, 90% of my new listings come to me through my videos, and over 50% of my sales happen thanks to them. Each of my videos generates several thousand views.
And that is where everything changes. On a traditional property portal, it’s the person actively searching who goes there. But on social media, it can be a friend who comes across my video and immediately thinks of someone, and forwards it. The daughter who knows her mother dreams of a house on the Bay and sends her the video in two seconds. With my videos, I multiply the chances that your property finds its buyer, where you least expected it.
It isn’t a method. It’s a conviction: in real estate, emotion is what sparks love at first sight. And love at first sight is what sells.
Do you have a project in Bordeaux or around Arcachon Bay? Let’s talk.
