Agency fee schedule — Sales

Transaction (sale) fees, including VAT, calculated on the sale price including fees:

– up to €750,000: 5% incl. VAT;

– above €750,000: 4.5% incl. VAT.

These rates are maximums. Fees are payable by the seller or the buyer as provided in the agency agreement; this is stated on each listing.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute with our agency remains unresolved, consumer clients may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator:
